Born in Taranto, the work of Michele Monacelli back in 1922. In 1933 he moved to present location in Naples Piazza Carità and the local soon became a landmark in the sector throughout the country. The ice cream we produce is handmade. All our creams are in fact pasteurized and homogenized with the result of an ice cream creamy and very hygienic. The recipes are from our company. We present hundreds of natural and authentic tastes and creams are a balanced combination of milk, eggs, sugar and cream choice. For fruit ice cream in the summer we use strawberries, peaches, apricots and fresh fruits and in autumn, cherries, chestnuts, maintaining quality and authenticity.
