From the
passion of Robert Vinci, and the recovery of an old farmhouse at the
top of the hill overlooking Marradi, and its valley, was born 30 years
ago, the restaurant La Colombaia. Today
is the daughter of Robert, Lubiana, with the same love and with the
collaboration of chef Andrea Buriani, evokes hospitality and tradition.
The kitchen of a purely Tuscan specialties with mushrooms, truffles, game and meat to grill.
The dishes are accompanied by careful selection of wines from the best wineries, both in Tuscany, both Lamone valley. And tempting homemade desserts are created on the theme of the inimitable "Marron buono di Marradi".
The Colombaia also offers accommodations with some rooms having private facilities.
