The center of the medieval village of Brisighella was born the Osteria della Fonte managed with passion by Ms Chiara and in the kitchen, chef Massimo offering creative recipes maintaining local traditions.
The menu features plenty of local products, sold in the shop adjacent to the inn, such as cheeses, cold cuts Mora coast, crostini with cream lard of Cinta Senese, traditional local dishes, local meats and game.
The restaurant is like a warm and refined in detail, where a dinner by candlelight, sipping a glass of wine to choose from in the large wine list or enjoy tea or just a coffee and teas as well as excellent craft beers.
