In the center of Marzabotto the restaurant was founded in 2010 by a passion for food and good wine Barsotti brothers: Francesco, an expert sommelier and Lorenzo, competent chef presents a menu linked to the Tuscan cuisine with a careful selection of national and foreign wines.
The restaurant offers a menu each month based on both fish and meat, which follows the seasonality of products, always using fresh ingredients.
Specialties include risotto with smoked herring, capers and ground coffee, cod fish, shrimp with bacon and colonnade, between the meat dishes, the steak of Chianina Chianina certified by the Consorzio Tutela.
