A few steps from the bridge that crosses the river Santerno in Borgo Tossignano, is the entrance to the Trattoria Fita, a place of centuries-old tradition. Every day the menu is renewed because it prepared only with what is fresh on the market even though some dishes, such as "Tenerissima" a choicest cut of beef meat cooked on open fires, are always available.
